Seller Rules & Regulations:

1. Load-In and Set-Up: Sellers may load-in beginning at 8:00 AM on market days. Sellers must ensure that their setup is completed and ready at least 15 minutes before the market opens to the public. *Please Note: Sellers will be given the exact size space you purchased.  Location of spaces will be given on first come first serve basis.
2. Load-Out: Load-out for sellers starts at 3:10 PM at the end of each market day. Sellers must promptly dismantle their setup and clear the market space in an orderly manner.
3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Sellers are required to maintain a clean and organized space throughout the market hours. At the end of each market day, sellers must leave their assigned space clean and free of any debris, products, or trash.
4. Sales and Transactions: Sellers are responsible for handling their own sales transactions. 
5. Parking and Unloading: Sellers may unload at the gates of the village hall on Washington Ave. Vehicles must be moved to the municipal lot across the street immediately after unloading.  Sellers may not block the entrance or line the street, as this is a no standing zone for Fire Dept. use.
